Honest conversation about the last couple of months. Erla has been finding the pace difficult and a few deadlines have slipped. We agreed this isn't about ability — it's about focus and consistency — and that a short, structured plan will help us both see clear progress. Agreed focus areas: narrowing scope to one project at a time, a brief daily check-in for the next few weeks, and picking up two well-defined tasks to rebuild momentum. Erla was receptive and wants to make it work.

Attendance and consistency concerns over the last two months — see the pattern flagged in Reporting (several single days, a couple adjacent to weekends). I don't think there's anything deliberate going on, but it's affecting delivery and the rest of the team has noticed. Started a performance plan on 1 Jul with a review on 1 Oct; the goals are deliberately concrete and achievable. Being supportive but clear. If the daily check-ins and narrower scope don't move things by the mid-point, we'll need to have a franker conversation. Documenting everything as we go.
