What happens

Each selected person gets a positive adjustment entry on the chosen date, on top of their VR entitlement. It shows in their balance history and the audit log.

Part-time staff are granted the full amount unless you choose to pro-rate (coming in M5).

What happens

This adds a recurring modifier to the person's yearly entitlement — every holiday year from the effective year onward, their accrual target goes up by this many days. Editable/removable later.
