Give extra days — one-off or permanentadded on top of VR entitlement
 

What happens

Each selected person's vacation balance for that holiday year is adjusted by this many days on the chosen date, on top of their VR entitlement, and it shows in their balance breakdown.

Use a positive number to grant (e.g. Christmas PTO) or a negative number to deduct — handy for fixing a wrong value entered when someone was brought in.

Everyone gets the same number of days (not pro-rated).

What happens

This permanently raises the person's yearly entitlement by this many days, from the effective month onward — their accrual target and monthly rate go up accordingly. Remove it here anytime.
